MOOOOOOve on over!  The cows are here for a day to shine!  Interested in learning more about the cows on Mitchell Wool's property this class is for you!  In this one day intensive you will learn: 

• history of cattle farming
• cattle classification (cows, bulls, heifers, steers)
• natural cattle behavior
• different breeds of cows found on Mitchell Wool Farm 
• the role the cows play in our pastures (regenerative farming, rotational grazing)
• what makes our milk cows special (A2/A2) 
• grain vs grass feeding
• natural breeding vs AI
• raw milk education
