FIBER & FLAME - glass notions
We first met Devin & Brittany, the owners of Fiber & Flame when we did FLOCK fiber festival in Seattle. We were booth neighbors and instantly smitten!
Both with them as solidly kind and good humans, as well as talented glass artists. Their stitch markers have landed in Sherry's own sweater bag as top spot for a favorite. They slide so beautifully across the needle with nary a hitch slowing them down. They're also very durable, three years later they're going strong!
And the cable needles? OMG don't get us started!! YOU NEED ONE!

Devin and Brittany live on Whidbey Island with their daughter, two dogs, four sheep, three rabbits, ducks, and chickens.
Devin has been working with glass since 2004. He first discovered lampwork at the craft center at California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo. He currently works on a torch set-up in the garage.
Brittany first started knitting in 2004. Knitting started her love-affair with fiber arts. After learning to knit, she also started to spin her own yarn and weave.
