Completely grown, processed, and spun in the U.S.  From a Michigan farm, this BLACK RAMBOUILLET yarn is astonishingly soft. It is soft as a cloud and perfect for converting people who hold the belief that wool cannot be soft. It's great for all handwork and felting.

PLEASE NOTE* There is a LOT of vegetable matter in this yarn. A true testament to our natural process, we do not use chemicals to burn out what we lovingly refer to as farm confetti. This particular flock raised a lot of sheepy heck enjoying frolicking through fields and stuffing their heads into bales of hay. This fact has been clearly stated in the product description, and WE WILL NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS due to vegetable matter. If you don't like yarn that reflects a naturally lived experience for the flock, then this is NOT FOR YOU.

• This yarn is naturally black, straight off the sheep. Note that when a fleece is black, it leans more chocolate brown, this one is exceptionally deep. However the only way to achieve a true black, is with dye. This is undyed from the sheep.
